Documents You'll Need:
- Pay stubs from each applicant, reflecting a minimum of 30 days of income
- W-2 forms from the past two years
- One to two years of your most recent tax returns
- Bank statements from the past two months
- Proof of pension income, if applicable
- Social Security and Disability payments, if applicable
- Divorce decree or court orders for child support or alimony payments paid monthly, if applicable
- Proof of your earnest money deposit
- If you’re self-employed:
- Year-to-date profit and loss statement
- Signed returns from the last two years
