Desire started her career in the Mortgage Industry in 2002 where she was licensed as a Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer in California. After her husband finished 5 years in the Navy, stationed in San Diego, they moved back to Houston where she has been practicing since the Fall of 2005. Desire received her Gold Leaf Award from Lending Tree in 2006 and 2007 and also received the President's Seal in 2008 for Overall Best Practices. She works both evenings and weekends to accommodate her client's schedules as she understands the majority of people want to discuss their financial information away from work and with their spouse. She has a 2 year old daughter, Alyssa Maradiaga and husband Doug Maradiaga that she enjoys spending time with when she is not working and you may catch her at the baseball or football field as she has a passion for sports.
