Carrie began her career in the mortgage industry in 2001 after graduating with a degree in Anthropology from the University of Houston. After many years as a loan officer, sales manager and loan processor she opened C&T Mortgage with her best friend of 20 plus years Tami Channel. She wanted to be able to offer a great product, at a great price yet be available as a mother to her now five year old son Kai. She has been married for ten years and enjoys dancing and traveling. Carrie and Tami understand what clients expect and need from a mortgage broker after years of learning and closing over 1500 loans. She continues to maintain her client base solely from referrals and enjoys making new clients for life via great customer service and knowledge of the mortgage industry.
